Skinner, Lee Canter, Ed Ford, William Glasser, etc. Schools either choose one of the many models and go with a whole-school approach or take an eclectic approach to handle discipline problems. In this paper, the advantages and disadvantages of choosing one model over an eclectic approach will be discussed. After analyzing both of the arguments, the most appropriate single model to be adopted by X International School in South Korea will be explored.
